The Eva Solo citrus juicer is easy to use. Simply slice an orange in half and rotate the fruit against the juicer's metal core. There's no need to press hard. The stainless steel core expels the juice and the plastic funnel filters out the pips, before the juice - rich in fruit pulp - is collected in the glass jug.
