Orders can be placed online or over the phone. We endeavour to keep a large number of popular lines in stock ready for immediate delivery.  However, when we are out of stock goods are normally available within 6 weeks.  Special orders will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery Costs (inc VAT):
£60 Two man delivery crew for heavy items (glass/marble tables)
£45 Tables & sofas
£15 Chairs (1-4)
£2-£10 Smaller items

Other larger items will be priced according to weight and destination.  Customers can also collect from our warehouse with prior notice.

We only ship inside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. 

Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for delays incurred by 3rd party courier companies.

Returns,Cancellation & Refunds Policy

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the goods to us as new (please use all the original product packaging materials) for a full refund to the value of the goods. Please note that we will not refund delivery charges if the goods are unsuitable (this does not apply to special orders)

In the event of damage either by transit or manufacturing fault please notify us within 3 working days so we can arrange collection/replacement. 

We advise customers to sign for goods with a ‘subject to inspection’ note when accepting the delivery.  If this is not done then you are accepting goods in the condition that they have been delivered in.

We would strongly recommend that when you are returning goods you use a traceable courier. This means that if they are lost in transit to us, you will have recourse to the transporters you have used. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods damaged during transit can be replaced without charge to you but it is imperative that you advise us immediately or at the latest within 24 hours. If a box looks damaged do not sign for the goods without checking the product. If the product is damaged you may refuse to accept it. If the driver is in a real hurry you can sign for the goods but write clearly on the slip that the goods have not been checked. If once opening the package the goods are damaged, please phone us immediately on 0207 404 0100. We can then arrange to send you a replacement and lodge a claim with the carrier. When this happens the carrier will usually collect the damaged item while simultaneously delivering the replacement. Goods rarely arrive damaged but speedy action helps all parties to sort the problem out without delay. Your co-operation in this way would be greatly appreciated.
